Yesterday, a new episode of the BSDNow podcast was released.
Episode number 620 — yes, exactly, 620. Since it’s a weekly show, you can do the math and realize just how much dedication its creators, editors, and hosts have put into it. A huge round of applause and thanks to Benedict Reuschling, Tom Jones, Jason Tubnor, and everyone else involved in making this fantastic podcast happen.
BSDNow has been my faithful companion during road trips for many years. And when I’ve had a long day, my wife will ask, “Why aren’t you coming to bed? It’s late!” Then, without waiting for an answer: “Ah right, it’s Thursday.”
And I go: “Of course – there’s a new episode of BSDNow!”
In this episode, Benedict reads my post “The server that wasn’t meant to exist” – not too technical, more of a horror story, but still on topic: the server was running NetBSD.
